Eligibility Criteria

Cardiologist:

• Qualification: DM/DNB in Cardiology
• Experience: As per specialization requirements

Nephrologist:

• Qualification: DM/DNB in Nephrology
• Experience: As per specialization requirements

Gastroenterologist:

• Qualification: DM/DNB in Gastroenterology
• Experience: As per specialization requirements

Senior Consultant/Technical Advisor:

• Essential Qualification:
  • MBBS
  • Post Graduate Course/Diploma/Degree in Hospital & Health Care Management
  • Knowledge of speaking, reading and writing in Gujarati/Hindi/English
• Experience: Minimum Twenty (20) years of experience in managing various programmes and projects of the Hospital & Healthcare, IT and Healthcare Insurance

Audiologist:

• Qualification Option 1: Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from a recognised university with five years of experience from a recognised institute
• OR Qualification Option 2: Master's degree in Audiology Speech-Language and Pathology

Cashier Cum Accountant:

• Qualification Option 1: B.Com from a recognized University/Institutes with 5 years experience in the reputed field
• OR Qualification Option 2: MBA (Finance)/M.Com from a recognised University/Institutes with 3 years experience in the reputed field

Driver:

• Qualification: HSC from a recognized Board
• Essential: Driving Licence of Heavy Vehicle (the Driving Licence should be at least 3 years old from date of advertisement)

Health Check-Up Assistant:

• Qualification: HSC from a recognized Board and Diploma in Health Checkup Assistant from a recognised University
• Experience: One year of experience

Data Entry Operator:

• Qualification: Graduate from recognized Institute/University
• Essential Skills: Skill test on Computer English typing at 35 w.p.m (Time allowed - 10 minute). 35 w.p.m correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 05 key depressions for each word
• Knowledge: Basic Knowledge in Computer

Telemedicine Technician:

• Qualification: Matriculation (Std. 12th pass or equivalent)
• Essential: Diploma in Computer Application
• Experience: One year experience in a reputed hospital

Salary/Stipend

• Cardiologist: Rs. 3,00,000/- per month (salary will be negotiated as per experience)
• Nephrologist: Rs. 3,00,000/- per month (salary will be negotiated as per experience)
• Gastroenterologist: Rs. 3,00,000/- per month (salary will be negotiated as per experience)
• Senior Consultant/Technical Advisor: Salary from Rs. 80,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- per month (salary will be negotiated as per experience)
• Audiologist: Rs. 30,000/- per month
• Cashier Cum Accountant: Rs. 30,000/- per month
• Driver: Rs. 12,935/- per month
• Health Check-Up Assistant: Rs. 13,195/- per month
• Data Entry Operator: Rs. 13,195/- per month
• Telemedicine Technician: Rs. 13,195/- per month

Important Dates

Selection Process

• Candidates will be selected based on their educational qualifications and experience
• Interview will be conducted for eligible candidates
• No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview

General Information/Instructions

• The contract period is initially for six months with two days break
• The contract may be extended further for another six months upon satisfactory performance and mutual willingness
• The engagement will be purely on contract basis
• Job Location: NAMO Hospital, Silvassa (except Senior Consultant/Technical Advisor who will work in UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu)
• The Department may terminate the engagement in case the candidate is unable to achieve the assigned works within the time-frame, the work assigned is not satisfactory to the Department and/or found lacking in honesty and integrity
• Department shall also reserve the right to terminate the service at any time giving one month notice without assigning any reason
• Application will be summarily rejected if found deviant from the prescribed format and required criteria without assigning any reason
