The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur has officially launched the RUHS CUET 2026 counselling process for admissions to BSc Nursing, Pharmacy (B.Pharm, D.Pharm), and Allied Health Sciences programmes. Registration for RUHS CUET counselling 2026 began on June 16 and remains open until July 8, 2026, on the official portal ruhscuet2026.com. Candidates who qualified in the RUHS CUET 2026 entrance examination must complete this process to secure a seat in their preferred institution across Rajasthan.

What Is RUHS CUET Counselling 2026?

RUHS CUET (Common University Entrance Test) counselling is the centralized seat-allocation process conducted by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences for qualifying candidates. Through this process, seats in government and private nursing, pharmacy, and allied health science colleges across Rajasthan are allotted based on the candidate's merit rank, filled preferences, and seat availability.

Only candidates who appeared and qualified in the RUHS CUET exam are eligible to participate in the CUET counselling 2026 RUHS. The entire process is conducted online via the official counselling portal.

RUHS CUET 2026 Counselling Process: Step-by-Step Guide

The RUHS CUET 2026 counselling process follows a structured sequence of steps. The process includes registration, deposition of counselling fees, choice filling, and seat allotment. Here is a detailed walkthrough of each stage.

Step 1 - Online Registration

This is a one-time process covering all rounds of counselling. Eligible candidates must visit the official website ruhscuet2026.com and click on the RUHS CUET 2026 counselling registration link on the homepage. They must log in using their roll number, form number, and date of birth.

Once logged in, all details submitted during the original exam application will be displayed. Candidates should review these carefully. A few details can be edited during this stage, including gender, category, mobile number, PwD status, minority status, and defence quota status. 

Additionally, candidates who had marked their Class 12th result status as "Awaited" during the initial application are mandatorily required to update their Class 12th details at this step.

After reviewing, candidates must upload all relevant documents and complete the registration.

Step 2 - Choice Filling

After completing registration, candidates must log into the student dashboard using their roll number and password. The dashboard displays the choice-filling fee payment link along with eligible choices.

Candidates must pay a choice-filling fee of ₹550 and retain a printout of the payment receipt. They can then click on the "Fill Choices" tab, select their preferred course, and arrange college preferences in order of priority.

A printout of the final choices should be taken for future reference.

Step 3 - Seat Allotment

Based on the choices filled by candidates, RUHS Jaipur releases the seat allotment list in online mode on the official website. Seat allotment depends on the RUHS CUET merit list, filled preferences, and the availability of seats and courses in each college.

Round 1 allotment results will be published on July 11, 2026.

Step 4 - Document Verification & Reporting

After the release of the seat allotment list, candidates must submit all required documents for verification and report to the allocated college as per the RUHS CUET 2026 counselling dates. Candidates must carry original documents along with photocopies. Missing any documents can lead to cancellation of the allotment. 

The reporting window for Round 1 is July 11 to July 17, 2026.

Step 5 - Admission Confirmation

Students must complete all RUHS CUET admission formalities at the allotted college within the deadline. Failure to join within the given time period may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the seat.

RUHS CUET 2026 Merit List

RUHS Jaipur releases the merit list after registration closes, for all eligible candidates, in PDF format. The provisional merit list for RUHS CUET 2026 is scheduled to be released on July 1, 2026. Candidates can then proceed to choice filling based on their rank in this list. 

RUHS CUET 2026 Tie-Breaking Criteria

When two or more candidates share the same score, RUHS follows a defined tie-breaking hierarchy to determine merit rank. The criteria are applied in the following order:

1. The candidate with a higher aggregate percentage in PCB/PCM in Class 12th or equivalent is ranked higher.
2. If still tied, the candidate with a higher percentage in Physics is preferred.
3. If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in Chemistry is ranked higher.
4. If the tie continues, the candidate with higher marks in Class 10th is given priority.
5. Finally, the older candidate (by date of birth) is ranked higher.

Candidates must carry both originals and photocopies of all relevant documents when reporting to the allotted college. The required documents include:

• Online payment/transaction proof
• Date of birth proof (Class 10th marksheet or birth certificate)
• Class 10+2 marksheet
• A valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, driving licence, etc.)
• Four recent passport-size photographs (same as on the application form)
• Rajasthan domicile certificate (if applicable)
• Caste / sub-category certificate (if applicable)
• PwD certificate (if applicable)
