Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBBS Degree with relevant MD/DNB/Diploma/DCH in the respective speciality (Paediatrics, Psychiatry, ENT, Dermatology/Skin & V.D., Radio-diagnosis) from a recognized University.
- Registration: Must be registered with State Medical Council or Medical Council of India-New Delhi.
- Preferential (Desirable): Experience in relevant field (including Newborn Care Unit/SNCU for Paediatrician) and CCC+ (Course on Computer Concepts Plus for 120 hours).
Salary/ Stipend
- Honorarium of Rs. 2,000/- per slot of two hours.
- Paid on monthly basis from the RKS account based on number of slots worked and verified by Member Secretary, RKS.
- Engaged on honorarium per slot basis (temporary nature under RKS).

- Age limit is upto 62 years.

Selection Process
- Walk-in-Interview.
- Submission of Biodata in prescribed format, self-attested copies of certificates/testimonials (from matriculation onwards), one recent passport size photograph attested by Gazetted Officer, and original certificates for verification.
General Information/ Instructions
- Specialists will be engaged on honorarium per slot basis and are temporary in nature under RKS, not employees of SDH Manimajra / Health Department, U.T. Chandigarh.
- Slot timing: 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM (applicable for both summer and winter).
- Specialists cannot claim for any regular appointment against any post in Health Department / SDH Manimajra.
- Liability due to negligence in duties shall be borne by the Specialist; hospital / department / RKS shall not be responsible.
- Not eligible for GPF/CPF/GIS membership, official accommodation, conveyance allowance, house rent allowance, EPF/ESI deductions, gratuity, casual leave, maternity leave, abortion leave, or medical leave.
- The Chairperson, RKS reserves the right to reject Walk-in-Interview without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
How to Apply
- Desirous candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria shall attend the Walk-in-Interview.
- Submit Biodata on Application Format (available on website) along with self-attested copies of all certificates/testimonials (from matriculation onwards) and one recent passport size photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer.
- Bring original certificates for verification.
- Registration strictly between 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM on 05 February 2026, followed by interview.
- Venue: Office of Member Secretary, RKS, 1st Floor, B Block, SDH Manimajra, Chandigarh.
