- Company Secretary: Associate Company Secretary (ACS) with 5 years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary in a Government/Quasi Government/Registered Public or Private Sector Undertaking.
- Senior Marketing Consultant: Master's degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those having an MBA Marketing from a recognized university. Minimum 20 years of experience in the retail/FMCG sales sector, including senior management positions from reputed companies having an annual turnover of at least Rs.500 crore.

- Company Secretary: Maximum 45 years.
- Senior Marketing Consultant: Maximum 55 years.
