Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University established or incorporated by or under a central Act, or a state Act, or any institution for higher education deemed to be a university by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government.
- At least 05 (five) years of experience.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Law (LLM).
- Candidates who do not possess the required essential educational qualification and experience at the time of receipt of application will not be eligible.
Salary/Stipend
- The remuneration is a consolidated amount of ₹60,000/- per month.
- Payment is subject to deduction of applicable TDS. Service Tax, if applicable, would be paid extra on actual basis.
- There will be no separate allowances.
- An annual increment of maximum up to 6.5% is applicable only if the contract is extended beyond one year.

- Maximum Age: Not more than 45 years of age as on the date of interview.

Selection Process
- The process of selection is an interview of shortlisted candidates.
- The Selection Committee may decide its own method of evaluating the performance of the candidates in the interview.
- A reserve panel may be prepared, valid for one year, to fill slots if selected candidates do not join or leave prematurely.

Instructions

- Appointees are entitled to 08 Casual Leaves for the contract period. No other leave is admissible.
- Consultants must enroll in the Aadhaar based Biometric Attendance System (BAS).
- The contract can be terminated by the Tea Board without assigning a reason thereof, or by the consultant with 30 days’ advance notice.
