Eligibility Criteria
- Gurkha: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
- Night Watchman: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
- Miruthangam: Must be able to read and write in Tamil. Must possess a Certificate in the relevant field from a music school run by Religious Institutions or the Government.
- Bhujangam: Must be able to read and write in Tamil. Must possess a Certificate in the relevant field from a music school run by Religious Institutions, Government Institutions, or any Institution recognized by the Government or the UGC.
- Vedaparayanam: Must be able to read and write in Tamil. Must possess a Certificate for a minimum three-year course in the relevant field from an Agama school or Veda Padasala run by Religious or Government Institutions.
- Kudaikkarar: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
- Maalaikatti: Must be able to read and write in Tamil. Must be able to prepare garlands for adorning deities during Poojas and Utsavams.
- Tamil Pulavar: Must possess a B.Lit / B.A / M.A / M.Lit in Tamil from any recognized university. Must have knowledge in reciting Thirumurai.
- Religious Prasangi: Must be able to read and write in Tamil. Must possess a Certificate for completing a one-year course in an Agama school or Veda Padasala run by Religious or Government Institutions.
- Siddha Doctor: Must possess a Degree in Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery (B.S.M.S).
- Driver: Must have passed 8th Standard or equivalent. Must possess a Light / Heavy Vehicle Driving License and a First Aid Certificate. Must have one year of driving experience.
- Staff Nurse: Must possess Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife Certificate or Diploma in Nursing.
- Computer Operator: Must possess a Diploma in Computer Science from a Government or recognized Institution. Must have knowledge of Typewriting in both Tamil and English.
- Nathaswaram: Must be able to read and write in Tamil. Must possess a Certificate in the relevant field from a music school run by Religious or Government Institutions or recognized by the Government/UGC.
- Sweeper: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
- Typist: Must have passed SSLC or equivalent qualification.
- Palavelai: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
- Watchman: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
- Melam: Must be able to read and write in Tamil. Must possess a Certificate in the relevant field from a music school run by Religious Institutions, the Government of Tamil Nadu, or UGC-recognized Institutions.

- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
- Maximum Age limit: 45 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

How to Apply
- Applications are invited from eligible Hindu candidates for the temporary appointment of employees for the vacant posts mentioned in the table below in the Arulmigu Subramaniaswamy Temple and its sub-temple in Tiruvallur District, Tiruttanikai Taluk and Nagar, subject to the conditions, up to 05.11.2025- 5.45 PM.
- The application form containing the application form, eligibility details, conditions and other details is requested to be submitted to the temple head office with a fee of Rs. 100/- and come in person during office hours up to 04.11.2025 5.45 PM during office days.
