How to Download the UPPSC PCS Interview Admit Card (Interview Letter)

1. Visit the official website: uppsc.up.nic.in, on or after 22 September 2026.
2. On the homepage, click the link for "Download Interview Letter for Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services Exam-2025."
3. Click "Click here to Authenticate" and log in using your OTR (One Time Registration) Number and password/OTP.
4. Your Applicant Dashboard will open automatically after authentication.
5. Click "Check Latest Status" against the relevant exam.
6. Read all on-screen instructions carefully before proceeding to each stage.
7. Fill in the online preference form (post/group preference, where applicable) with accurate details, then click SAVE and SUBMIT.
8. Download and print all five required documents: Application Form, Verification Form, Affidavit (देशना पत्र), Marks Statement (अंकतालिका विवरण), and Preference Form.
9. Take a full printed set of these documents to the interview, along with the required photographs and certificates listed below.

Documents Required at the UPPSC PCS Interview

As per the official notice, the interview cannot be conducted without the mandatory documents applicable to each candidate. Carry the following:

• One complete printed set of the Application Form, Verification Form, Affidavit, Marks Statement, and Preference Form.
• 2 self-attested photographs and 3 plain passport-size photographs (5 photos total), affixed and signed as instructed on the form set.
• Original certificates and mark sheets of all educational qualifications, in addition to self-attested copies.
• Reserved category candidates: Caste certificate or other supporting certificate in the latest prescribed format.
• Candidates currently employed with Central/State Government: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) in original, issued by the employer.
• EWS category candidates: EWS certificate issued as per the Government Order dated 18 February 2019.
• A valid photo ID proof.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Online preference options for a group of posts appear only for candidates who qualify for that group based on educational qualification and application details; submit your post preferences online before the interview.
• Carry a printed copy of your submitted preference form to the interview, along with all other required documents.
• Report strictly on time: 8:00 AM for Session 1, 12:30 PM for Session 2, as per your allotted date.
• Without the mandatory category-specific certificates (where applicable), the interview will not be conducted for that candidate.
