Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-25 years for the Posts-1 & 7, 18-30 years for the Posts-2, 3, 4 & 6, 18-35 years for the Post-5 as on 07-07-2015 and Age relaxation applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Government Civilian Employee / Ex-Serviceman Candidates as per GOI rules .
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 10th class with 3 years experience in sea going mechanized vessel for the Post-1, 8th Standard Pass with 5 years service on sea going vessel for the Post-2 & 5, 8th standard pass with 7 years service on Sea going vessel for the Post-3, Coast Guard and adequate sea going small craft experience for the Post-4 & 6 and X Class with 2 years experience in Engineering/ Automobile/ Ship repair organization, ITI certificate in Mechanic/ Diesel/ Mechanic/ Fitter/ Turner/ Welder/ Electrician/ Instrumental/ Carpentry.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in Interview and Experience.
