Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 to 23 years as on 01-08-2012. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-08-1989 and not later than 31-07-1994. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University.
For Driver: Candidates should possess “Transport Vehicle” driving licence and pass the driving test.
For Fitter: Candidate should possess a certificate from ITI or any other recognized institution in the trade of Auto mobiles fitter/ motor mechanic and should have one year experience. For more details candidate should refer to the notification.
Application Fee Details: Candidates need to pay application fee of Rs. 50/- In form of crossed Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheque drawn in favour of “DIG, Group Centre, CRPF”. No application fee is required to be paid by SC/ST candidates, Ex-Servicemen and Mahila candidates.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Efficiency Test/Physical Standards Test, Written Test, Trade Test, Medical Exam and Document Verification.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format, by attaching a passport size photograph, attesting signature, two self addressed envelops of 4” x 9” size with Rs. 22/- postage stamps affixed and superscribed “Application for the Post of Constable (Technical/Tradesman) – 2012” on the envelope and send it along with copies of all relevant documents and payment receipt to the respective addresses as mentioned in the notification on or before 21-11-2012.
