Name of the Post: Block Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant cum Data Entry Operator
Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit is 45 years as on 01-04-2015.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess any Degree with typing speed of English 40 wpm & Hindi 30 wpm, 6 months course in Computer Application from DOEACC Institution & must have at least two years of relevant working experience in the Health Sector.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on Educational merit, Computer knowledge, Experience, Typing test & Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.300/- (Non-Refundable) for BC/ BCF category & Rs.200/- for SC candidates in the form of Bank Draft drawn on any nationalized bank favour of District Health Society, Nalanda and payable at Biharsharif.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in the format, Bank Draft, Affidavit & self attested all educational, experience certificates with recent photograph should reach to Civil Surgeon-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Samiti, Nalanda, Biharsharif through Registered/ Speed post on or before 05-06-2015.
