EIC India Recruitment 2013 – 42 LDC, Lab Asst & Other Posts: Export Inspection Council of India (EIC India) has issued notification against recruitment of 42 Posts of various vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 15-05-2013. 1. Asst Director (Tech): 06 Posts
2. Technical Officer: 06 Posts
3. Jr. Scientific Asst: 03 Posts
4. Laboratory Asst: 07 Posts
5. Assistant Director: 01 Post
6. Section Officer: 01 Post
7. Office Assistant: 02 Posts
8. Accountant: 02 Posts
9. Clerk Grade II/LDC: 12 Posts
10. Staff Car Driver: 02 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate’s age should be between 25 to 35 years for Post 1, 2, 5 & 6, 20 to 30 years for post 3, 7, 8 and 18 to 25 years for remaining  posts. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess High School/Degree/ Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Technology or equivalent with desired experience as per the post. For post wise details refer to the notification.

Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 500/- in form of Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of ‘Export Inspection Council of India’ payable at New Delhi for each post. SC/ ST/ PH/ EXSM/ Women/ EIC/ EIA Departmental Candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in test/ Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature and send it along with payment receipt and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Additional Director, Export Inspection Council of India, 3rdFloor, NDYMCA Cultural Centre Building, 1 Jai Singh Road, New Delhi-110 001 on or before 15-05-2013.

Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit is 30 years for S.No 1 Post and 35 years for S.No 2 Post as on 10-06-2013.

Educational Qualification: Candidates Graduation/ Post Graduation in Food Technology/ Food & Nutrition/ Food Science/ Agriculture for S.No 1 Post; Graduation or equivalent and shorthand speed 120 WPM and typing 40 WPM for S.No 2 Post. Candidates must be proficient in computer usage especially MS Office and internet.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
