Names of the Posts:
1. Staff Nurse: 23 Posts
2. Pharmacist (Allopathic): 02 Posts
3. Lab Assistant: 05 Posts
4. Jr. Radiographer: 03 Posts
5. Nursing Orderly: 21 Posts
6. Dresser: 02 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates must not have attained age of 64 years at the time of appointment.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife or equivalent for post 1, Degree in Pharmacy/ Sr. Secondary with Diploma in Pharmacy for post 2, SSC/ 10+2 with Diploma in MLT for post 3, SSC with Diploma in Radiography for post 4, SSC and experience in relevant field for remaining posts.

Selection Process: Candidate will be selected based on the performance in interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format along with attested photocopies of all relevant certificates/ testimonials and super scribe the name of the post applied for on the envelope and send it to the Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Nanda Nagar, Indore on 20-06-2013  at 04.00 pm.
