Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 50 years for Professor, Additional Professor, 45 years for Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, 46 years for Associate Professor (Psychiatric Nursing), 41 years for Assistant Professor (Psychiatric Nursing) and 35 years for Nursing Tutor &Asst Nursing Tutor. The cut off date for age limit will be as on 31-05-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess a Post Graduate qualification MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/ subject, P.G. qualification e.g. Master degree, in the discipline/allied subject a Doctorate Degree in the concerned discipline from recognized University Post Graduate qualification e.g. Master Degree in the discipline speciality or equivalent, 1st or 2nd Class M. Sc. Nursing with specialty in Psychiatry Nursing and Ph.D/ D.Sc. in Nursing from recognized University/Institution. Refer the notification for post wise educational qualification details.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay the application fee of Rs.1000/- for the Post No. 1 to 28 and for Post No.30 to 37 and Rs.500/- for Post No.29 drawn in favour of Director, IHBAS, Delhi. The fee is non refundable. No fee is to be paid by SC/ST/ExServicemen/PH candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of Degree/ Diploma certificates, category certificates and mark sheets etc, by super scribing the top of the envelope with the name of the post applied for, to Director, IHBAS, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-110 095 on or before 31-05-2013 except overseas and North-East Region where the last date of receipt of filled in application will be 15-06-2013.
