1. Stenographer – 25 Posts
2. Law Clerk – 01 Post
3. Law Assistants – 02 Posts
4. Assistant Scientific Officer – 01 Post
5. Assistant Engineers (Civil) – 02 Posts
6. Law Officer – 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidate should have 40 years for Assistant Scientific Officer, stenographer and Assistant Engineer Posts, 25-40 years for Law Clerk, 25-50 years for Law Assistant Post and 25-50 years for Law Officer as on the 31-10-2012.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should posses LLB Degree/ Matriculation/ Graduation/ Civil Engineering/ PG in relevant disciplines.
Selection: Selection can be done on the basis of performance in written test/ interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply for these posts through prescribed application format given in the notification, fill it with complete details and send along with age proof certificate, educational qualification certificate, experience certificate and two recent passport size photographs should be submitted in sealed envelope super scribing the “Application for Contractual Engagement of Assistant Scientific Officer” to the Chief Hydraulic Engineer, Kolkata Port Trust, 20, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata – 700043 on or before 31-10-2012.
Last Date for Receipt of Application: 31-10-2012.
