Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 30 years as on 01-04-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates should possess CA/ICWA from a recognized university/ institution for Jr Manager (Finance & Accounts) post, BE/ BTech in Electronics/ IT/ Comp. Applications or MCA from a recognized university/ institution for Post Jr Manager (Systems).
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in interview,
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with one with one recent passport size photograph, supporting documents like date of birth, caste, educational qualifications, by super scribing the top of the envelope with the name of the post, to The AGM (P&A), MSTC Ltd, 225C, AJC Bose Road, Kolkata 700020 on or before 13-05-2013.

Can a IT final year student apply for the post of Jr manger(system)?

As per the notification candidates must possess B.E/B.Tech in Electronics/ IT/ Computer Application or MCA from recognized Institution with two years experience in Government organization/ PSU/ Private concern in prder to apply for the post of Jr. Manager (Systems) in MSTC.

As per the notification, at present no vacancies are available for your qualification only the candidates who possess Bachelors Degree in Science/ Commerce /Arts/Law/Engineering/Information Technology/ Management from recognized University/ Institution of repute, preferably with an MBA/PGD in Marketing/International Trade/Materials/HR/Logistics are eligible to apply.
did the demand draft is applicable for female candidate also whats about the female candidate.

Yes, as per the notification, the female candidates also need to enclose the demand draft of Rs.300/-, fee exemption is given only to sc, st and pwd candidates.
