General Conditions
- Age limit as mentioned against each post in the vacancy table.
- Age is relaxable for Government servants, SC, ST and OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.

Post-wise Educational Qualification and Experience
1. Blood Transfusion Officer
- A recognized medical qualification included in I or II schedule or Part II of the 3rd schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, fulfilling the conditions of section 13(3).
- 5 years’ experience in Blood Bank with component separator, OR MD in Blood Transfusion Medicine with 1 year experience in Blood Bank with component separator during PG course.
2. Senior Programmer
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc with Diploma in Computer Application.
- 10 years’ experience in IT Systems, Networking, Hardware Configuration, Software Programming in Ministries/Departments of Government of India, State Governments, Union Territories, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies.
3. Public Relation Officer
- Degree from a recognized University/Institution with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Relations/Corporate Communication/Journalism/Mass Communication.
- 10 years’ experience in Public Relations/Corporate Communication/Journalism/Mass Communication.
4. Assistant Blood Transfusion Officer
- Recognized medical qualification included in I or II schedule or Part II of the 3rd schedule to the IMC Act, 1956 (other than licentiate qualifications), fulfilling section 13(3) conditions.
- 2 years’ experience in Blood Bank work after registration as a Medical graduate.
- Must be registered with a State Medical Council.
5. Law Officer
- Degree in Law or equivalent.
- Should be a qualified legal practitioner with at least 6 years’ experience.
6. Security Officer
- Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Officers from Police Departments of Central/State/UT Governments or Armed Forces/Para-Military Forces holding analogous posts or with 2-3 years regular service in PB-2 GP 4800/4600 or above, preferably with experience in security and handling agitations/strikes.
7. Assistant Engineer (Electrical)
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- 5 years’ experience in design and engineering of projects, preferably in a hospital environment.
8. Sanitation Officer
- Pass in Class 12.
- Health Sanitary Inspector course of 1 year duration from a recognized University/Institution.
- 10 years’ experience in sanitation, preferably in a 200-bedded hospital.
9. Biomedical Engineer
- BE/B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized Institution/University OR Diploma in Biomedical Engineering with 2 years’ relevant experience.
10. Laundry Manager
- 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board/School.
- Diploma/Certificate in Dry Cleaning/Laundry Technology from a recognized Institute.
- 12 years’ experience in a reputed mechanized Laundry.
11. Perfusionist
- B.Sc. degree from a recognized University.
- Certificate in Perfusion Technology awarded by a recognized Institution/Association such as Association of Thoracic and Cardio Vascular Surgeons of India after training in a centre with at least 1 year experience in Clinical Perfusion.
- Desirable: Working experience in Clinical Perfusion.

Selection Process and Terms of Engagement
The engagement shall be purely on contract basis for a period of 11 months or till regular appointments against the same posts are made, whichever is earlier, and does not confer any right for regularization.
- Selection will be based on scrutiny of applications and interview/walk-in-interview as decided by AIIMS Deoghar.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending document verification or interview.
- The appointee will be on whole-time appointment and shall not accept any other assignment or engage in private practice during the contract period.
- The contract can be terminated at any time by either side by giving one month’s notice or paying one month’s salary without assigning any reason.
- The appointee will not be entitled to benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Attendance, Seniority, Promotion etc. available to regular Government servants.
