- Essential Qualification for Field Investigator/Research Assistant: Graduate in life sciences/Post Graduate in Life sciences/Laboratory sciences/ MPH/MSW/Bsc Nursing/GNM.
- Desirable Qualification for Field Investigator/Research Assistant: Experience of 01 years with working at an any Laboratory at Hospital / Primary health center. Hands on experience in office applications, MS Word, spread sheets and presentations.
- Experience should have been gained after acquiring minimum essential qualification.
Salary/ Stipend
- Program Manager/Research Associate: Rs.25,000/month
- Field Investigator/Research Assistant: Rs.15,000/- month
- No other allowance/ facilities other than consolidated salary shall be admissible.

- Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age on the closing date of the advertisement.

Selection Process
- Method of recruitment may be Written exam / Interview or both.
- Decision of Recruitment Committee will be final.
- Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage.
General Information/ Instructions
- The Selected candidate will have to join within 5 days of declaration of results.
- It is NOT a permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh.
- Appointment is purely on a contract basis (initially for period of 06 month). The extendable maximum duration of the appointment can be 12 months or till the duration of the project, whichever is earlier. The offered post is purely on a temporary/contractual basis for the specified period of time and based on the candidate's performance and a budget grant from the funding agency. The appointee's work will be reviewed time to time, and a future extension will be given based on performance.
- NO claim for any other regular post in AIIMS Rishikesh shall be entertained.
- Employee Performance Indicator will be applied.
- Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- No TA/ DA will be paid for the interview.
- Qualification, experience, other terms and conditions may be relaxed/ altered at the discretion of Director AIIMS Rishikesh / Recruitment Committee.
- If performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory by the Principal Investigator/Nodal Officer, appointment can be terminated at any time without any prior notice/ compensation.
- The appointee may be relieved from the current job position, by serving one-month prior notice, if the notice period is less than 1 month, amount equal to salary of 01 month will have to be deposited for relieving certificate.
