Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Essential Educational Qualification (as on 17/05/2026) (Varies by post – Graduate / Higher Secondary / Matric Level)
- Graduate Level Posts (e.g., Sub-Inspector (Executive), Radio Operator (ASI), etc.): Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline + valid driving license (LMV) in most cases.
- Higher Secondary Level Posts (e.g., Constable (Executive), Sub-Inspector (Master), etc.): 12th Pass + specific technical/skill requirements.
- Matric Level Posts (e.g., Fitter Electrician, Diesel Mechanic, Follower posts): 10th Pass + ITI/NTC/NAC in relevant trade + experience + driving license where applicable.

- Candidates (except Female/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only)
- No Fee for ST/Women candidates of any community. No "fee exemption" is available to Gen/OBC/EWS male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
- After completing payment: candidate has to upload the transaction slip in the portal in image format.

- Physical Measurement and Endurance Test (PM&ET): Qualifying in nature (Height, Chest for males, Race, Long Jump, High Jump, Swimming for some posts).
- Written Examination: Objective type (Graduate / Higher Secondary / Matric Level) – Common + Additional papers as per post. Negative marking of 0.25.
