Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc.(Ag) or M.Sc.(Ag) or B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering / Agricultural Engineering and / or M.E./M.Tech. in Irrigation Water Management / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management / Soil and Water Conservation or equivalent from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of work experience in the relevant area is preferred for candidates with UG qualification.
• To carry out basic field experimental activities for crop cultivation / coordination of arranging dairy effluent / purchase of materials and consumables, fabrication etc. / take periodical measurements / collection and testing samples / statistical analysis / report preparation

Salary / Stipend

• Rs.25,000/- (Consolidated)

• Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. The interview date will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates by E-mail only.
• The position is temporary which will be renewed every year subject to satisfactory performance. The total duration of the project is 2 years.
• Any claim with regard to qualification and experience should have necessary certificates.
• No TA/DA is admissible for the candidates who are attending the interview. The decision of the selection committee is final.
• Project will be carried out at Centre for Water Resources, Department of Civil Engineering, Anna University Chennai-25 and in the study area to be decided by the Principal Investigator.
• The candidate should be stationed in the study area for effective monitoring of the project and should be willing to travel for conducting sample analysis as per the instructions of the Principal Investigator.
