Eligibility Criteria
- Trainee (Materials): Graduate diploma / post graduate diploma in material management or equivalent
- Trainee (Lab Assistant) / ATSST: Full time 3-year B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) / Physics Chemistry Biology (PCB). Experience: Apprenticeship in the relevant trade i.e. Lab Assistant - Chemical Plant from Chemical Plants/ Fertiliser industries
- Trainee (I.T. Services): Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Trainee (Fireman): 2 years regular B.Sc in Fire
- Trainee (Instrumentation) / (Electronics) / ATSST: 3 years regular Diploma in relevant trade. Experience: Apprenticeship in the relevant trade from Chemical Plants/ Fertiliser industries / large scale manufacturing industry
- Trainee (Chemical) / ATSST (AO): Full time 3-year B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or 3 years regular Diploma in Chemical trade. Experience: Apprenticeship in the relevant trade i.e. Attendant Operator Chemical Plant from Chemical Plants/ Fertiliser industries
- Junior Steno: Graduate + Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Computer Course or Shorthand Typing Certificate
- Rigger: 10th Class passout Regular mode from recognised Board. Experience: Heavy lift experience of min.10 years in reputed heavy industry
- Welder: 2 years full-time ITI in the relevant trade with NCVT certificate. Experience: Minimum 8 years of Industrial high pressure piping welding in heavy industry / projects

Salary / Stipend
- Trainee (Materials): As per the rules of the society Stipend during training will be Rs. 31,000/- per month & 32000/- per month for the second year. Canteen Subsidy, Washing Allowance, will be paid separately. Shared Accommodation will be provided in the IFFCO Aonla Township.
- Trainee (Lab Assistant) / ATSST: As per the rules of the society, Rs. 31,000/- per month. Canteen Subsidy, Washing Allowance, will be paid separately. Shared Accommodation will be provided in the IFFCO Aonla Township.
- Trainee (I.T. Services): As per the rules of the society. Stipend - Rs. 28,400/- per month Shared Accommodation will be provided in the IFFCO Aonla Township. Canteen Subsidy, Washing Allowance, will be paid separately.
- Trainee (Fireman): As per the rules of the society. Rs. 31,000/- per month for first year & Rs. 31,500/- per month for the second year
- Trainee (Instrumentation) / (Electronics) / ATSST: As per the rules of the society. Sl No. 1 - 31,000/-per month Shared Accommodation will be provided in the IFFCO Aonla Township

- Welder: Basic Pay Scale – 34,000/ – 64,000/- in L0 grade
