Deputy Commissioner (Swarozgar), Siddharthnagar Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 20 Accountant, MIS Assistant Posts

There are 20 posts in Model Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) in Siddharthnagar district: 10 Accountant (Lekhakar) and 10 MIS Assistant (एम०आई०एस० सहायक). Candidates must submit the application at their own home or related CLF, or at the Block Mission Management Unit. The last date to apply is 5 November 2026. The Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Self Employment), Siddharthnagar (कार्यालय उपायुक्त (स्वत: रोजगार) सिद्धार्थनगर) issued the notice under the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM). The Accountant must be a member of a UPSRLM women's group, and the MIS Assistant must be a woman.

About UPSRLM Siddharthnagar

The Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission works in Siddharthnagar through a district unit. That unit has a Block Mission Management Unit in each block and a District Mission Management Unit. Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Accountant (Lekhakar)

• The CLF Accountant must be a member of a women's group of the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission.
• The candidate's group must be a member of a village organisation and a Cluster Level Federation.
• Age: 21-45 years.
• She must not be a defaulter of her group or of any bank.
• Qualification: at least 12th class pass. She must be able to read and write Hindi and have good knowledge of arithmetic.
• She must have a smartphone or Android phone and be skilled in using it.
• She must be willing to go to the bank branch during bank working hours and to travel to other villages. As needed, she must be willing to attend meetings of self-help groups, village organisations and the cluster federation, and to make field visits. She must also be willing to go on exposure visits and trainings inside and outside the state.
• Experience: at least 03 years of writing the books of the group, the village organisation and the Cluster Level Federation is compulsory.
• The CLF Accountant will be chosen from among experienced CLF Book Keepers.
• Under no circumstances will the CLF Accountant be allowed to work in her home CLF.

MIS Assistant

• The MIS Assistant must be a woman. Members of UPSRLM women's groups will get preference for this post.
• Qualification: at least 12th class pass. She must be able to read and write Hindi and have good knowledge of arithmetic.
• Age: 21-45 years.
• Experience and training: more than 30 days of work at the resource block and other places. This work must cover the concepts of forming and managing women's groups, village organisations and Cluster Level Federations, financial management, books of records and similar topics.
• She must not be a defaulter of her group or of any bank.
• She must have a smartphone or Android phone and be skilled in using it.
• She must be willing to travel to the villages linked to the CLF. As needed, she must be willing to attend meetings of self-help groups, village organisations and the cluster federation, and to make field visits. She must also be willing to go on exposure visits and trainings inside and outside the state.
• She must hold a certificate for a computer or software course of at least six months from an institution registered by the Government of India or a State Government.
• She must be able to use Microsoft Office and prepare reports on a computer.
• Under no circumstances will the CLF MIS Assistant be allowed to work in her home CLF.

Selection Process

Selection for both posts has a written examination and then an interview. The written examination is on 12 November 2026 and its result comes out on 13 November 2026. Interviews will be held from 13 November 2026 to 19 November 2026. The final result will be communicated at the Mission headquarters on 20 November 2026. For the Accountant post, the selection will be made from among experienced CLF Book Keepers.

After the last date, each Block Development Officer will check the applications submitted at the CLFs in that block. Each officer must then send them, with a list, to the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Self Employment), Siddharthnagar by 4:00 PM on 6 November 2026.
