- Professor: Ph.D. degree with minimum 10 years teaching/research experience and significant publications.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. with minimum 8 years experience and good publication record.
- Assistant Professor: Master’s degree with NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations.
