Selection Process
- Walk-in-Interview of eligible candidates who have submitted their application by the last date.
- The Walk-in-Interview is scheduled on 22-04-2026 at 10:00 AM in the Conference Hall of Bamra Wildlife Division, Bamra, Dist.-Sambalpur.
- Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Walk-in-Interview.
- The post is purely contractual for an initial period of one year. The engagement can be terminated at any time with one month’s notice in case of unsatisfactory performance / non-availability of funds or any other reasons.
Civil Work Services to be Provided
- Provide urgent & need-based Civil Engineering services to the DFO and Field Officers.
- Prepare Plan and Estimates of all Civil Construction / repair / renovation works.
- Undertake frequent tours to worksites to ensure qualitative and quantitative progress.
- Check measurement books prepared by Field Officers before payment.
- Advise on deduction of Royalty, Labour Cess, DMF, EMF, TDS, GST etc. and deposit in appropriate heads.
- Liaise with AEE (R&B), Kuchinda and AEE (RD), Kuchinda regarding latest circulars / procedures for tendering.
- Provide overall guidance for successful implementation of Civil works through contractors or departmentally.
