Eligibility Criteria for BHEL Haridwar Apprentices Recruitment 2025

Qualifications:

• Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates)
• Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil) with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates)
• Candidates should not have undergone Apprenticeship Training under Apprentices Act 1961 in any establishment
• Candidates should be registered on the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) before applying

Essential Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess valid degree/diploma certificates from recognized universities/institutions
• Candidates must have OMC Certificate (if applicable) issued before 04.02.2024
• Candidates should not have completed apprenticeship training earlier in any organization under Apprentices Act 1961
• Weighted average marks calculation: Theory 80% + Practical 20%

Desirable:

• Preference will be given to candidates with relevant academic background
• Fresh graduates/diploma holders without prior apprenticeship experience

Salary/Stipend for BHEL Haridwar Apprentices Recruitment 2025

• Graduate Apprentice (B.E./B.Tech): Monthly stipend of ₹12,900
• Technician Apprentice (Diploma): Monthly stipend of ₹9,000
• Stipend will be paid as per Apprentices Act 1961 and Ministry of Education guidelines
• Apprenticeship duration: 1 year for graduates and diploma holders as per NATS provisions
