Research responsibilities

• Collect and compile data on SME and mainboard IPOs (subscription, pricing, financials, lead managers) from public exchange sources and licensed databases.
• Clean, merge and document firm-level panel datasets, and maintain a record of data sources and cleaning steps.
• Read and code disclosure content from DRHP/RHP documents using the agreed coding scheme.
• Run descriptive statistics and regression analyses as directed, and prepare tables and charts.
• Assist with literature search, reference management, and drafting of the manuscript and project reports.

Teaching and classroom support

• Assist the faculty member in classroom duties as needed, such as preparing slides, handouts, problem sets and case material.
• Classroom duties will not exceed a reasonable share of the working time and will not affect the research deliverables.
