1. Use the prescribed application form attached to the notice ("Application for employment on a vacant post to be filled through re-employment of retired employees in District Court Unnao").

Fill in the details asked: name, father's / husband's name, date of birth, date of retirement, last post held and the name of the district court from where you retired, photo identity card details (ID card / Aadhaar card / other valid ID), permanent address, temporary address, mobile number, email ID and educational qualification.
4. Attach a copy of the last drawn pay and the pension order – the form says this is mandatory.
5. Sign the undertaking printed on the form, with the date and place (Unnao).
6. Submit the application at the Administrative Office, District Court, Unnao before 5:00 PM on 17 November 2026.

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

For each post, the pay is the last drawn pay the applicant received on the related post, from which the pension amount is deducted; the balance is paid as honorarium. The notice does not print a fixed amount.

• The applicant should be physically and mentally fit.
• The applicant's character roll for the previous 5 years should be correct (clean).
• No criminal or civil case should be pending and registered against the applicant.

Selection Process

The notice states that the applicant's past record and ACR (Annual Confidential Report) will be the basis of appointment. The notice does not mention a written test or an interview.

• Tenure: 1 year from the date of joining, or until the post is filled by direct recruitment or promotion, or until the employee completes 65 years of age – whichever is earlier.
• The appointment will be purely temporary and may be terminated without any prior notice if service is not found satisfactory.
• Applications received after the prescribed time (5:00 PM on 17 November 2026) will not be considered.
• The notice is to be circulated among retired employees of the district court, pasted on the court notice board, and uploaded on the websites of District Court Unnao and the High Court.
