Eligibility Criteria
- First class Master's Degree in Mathematics from a recognized University or equivalent +GATE/NET qualified. (Those who are not GATE/NET qualified shall be considered for the post lower than JRF as per Government of India norms). The candidate is expected to have a good understanding of Analysis, Differential Equations (ODEs & PDEs) and Numerical Methods. A good knowledge of any programming language will be preferred. The nature of the work will be theoretical and computational in nature.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 30 years for all posts.
- Age relaxation is allowed as per government rule.
Salary / Stipend
- Rs. 37,000/- per month as JRF for NET/GATE Candidates; Rs. 30,000/- per month as Project Associate-1 for Non Net/GATE Candidates
