Eligibility Criteria
- Retired from Government/Statutory/Autonomous bodies at the level of Director to the Gol and above (Level 13 and above of Pay Matrix as Per 7th CPC).
- Must have experience of at least fifteen years in the area of Media and Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) activities.
