- Apply through the Online Application Portal (OAP) of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (http://onlinevacancy.shipmin.nic.in).
- Send a print-out of the online application through proper channel with copies of educational qualifications and experience.
- Attach the undertaking not to withdraw if selected (Annexure-5) and affix a self attested passport size photo on the application.
- The Port Authority forwards the application with ACRs/APARs, NOC, vigilance clearance and service details to reach Secretary, Chennai Port Authority by 18.12.2026.
