Qualifications:

Field Offices:

• Soil Survey Officer: B.Sc. Agriculture
• Field Assistant: Pass in VHSE (Agriculture)
• Lascar: Pass in SSLC

Soil Testing Laboratories:

• Research Assistant: B.Sc. Agriculture
• Lab Assistant: B.Sc. Life Sciences (Chemistry preferred)
• Lab Attender: Pass in SSLC
• Field Assistant: Pass in VHSE (Agriculture)
• Lascar: Pass in SSLC

Others:

• GIS Experts: Post-Graduation in Geo-Informatics
• Project Consultant: Not specified in qualification field
• Data Entry Operator: 12th + DCA

Essential Qualifications:

• The qualification stipulated for the post must be from a recognized University/Institute
• Applicants having qualification equivalent to any of the prescribed qualification should submit equivalency certificate issued by the competent authority
• Candidates who possess qualifications acquired from foreign universities shall submit an equivalency certificate from a competent authority/Association of India University
• Candidates must upload either the original certificate or the provisional certificate issued by a competent authority when submitting their educational qualification certificates
• Uploading mark sheets, consolidated mark sheets, or statements instead of certificates will not be accepted

Desirable:

• Soil Survey Officer: 6 months experience (Desirable)
• Research Assistant: 6 months lab experience (Desirable)

Experience:

• Project Consultant: Minimum 15 years of experience in Soil Survey
• Data Entry Operator: 1 year experience
• The cut-off date for the experience shall be January 01, 2026
• The copy of the Appointment letters, Salary Certificates, pay slip etc. will not be accepted in lieu of work experience certificate
• In the case of latest experience, applicants may upload an AFFIDAVIT with details of employer, designation, period, nature of job, tasks and responsibilities
• Affidavit is applicable only for latest experience
• Experience certificates submitted without specific information like date of joining, relieving, duties and responsibilities, signature and seal of authorized person will not be considered

• Soil Survey Officer: Rs. 46,230/- per month
• Field Assistant (Field Offices): Rs. 21,070/- per month
• Lascar (Field Offices): Rs. 19,310/- per month

Age Limit 

• Upper Age Limit: 36 years for all posts except Project Consultant
• Project Consultant: No upper age limit mentioned
• The cut-off date for the purpose of eligibility on age criteria shall be August 01, 2025

Selection Process

• The selection process may comprise of Written Examination/Computer Proficiency Test/GD/Proficiency Test and or Personal Interview
• DSSSC/CMD reserves the absolute right to decide as to whether to use any/a combination of these modes for selection to the notified posts
• CMD reserves the right to determine the selection process based on requirements
• The selection process may include application screening, criteria-based screening, a written test, group discussion, skill test/proficiency test, an interview, or any combination of these methods
• Only shortlisted candidates will receive intimations via email, SMS, or phone call regarding the selection process
• Rights for the rules for the cut off marks/shortlisting in all stages of recruitment are reserved by CMD/DSSSC

General Information/Instructions

• Applicants must be citizens of India
• The applicants are required to go through the detailed notification carefully and decide themselves about their eligibility for this recruitment before applying online
• Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications for each post
• This is a state-wide recruitment and candidates may be posted anywhere in the state at the discretion of DSSSC
• DSSSC/CMD shall not be responsible for any discrepancy in submitting the online application
• Applicants must compulsorily fill-up all relevant fields of the online application
• Incomplete/incorrect application form will be summarily rejected
• DSSSC/CMD under any circumstances will not entertain the information, if any, furnished by the candidate subsequently
