CSIR NEERI Eligibility Criteria 2026
- B.Sc. in Chemistry /Environmental Management/ Env. Science/ Geology/ Microbiology/ Botany/ Zoology from a recognized University
- M.Sc. in (Environmental Science / Chemistry (Inorganic/Orga nic/Analytical/ Physical) / Microbiology/ OR B. Tech. in (Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science and Technology) from a recognized University
Age Limit

Salary
- Project Assistant-II: Rs. 20,000/- + HRA
- Increment of 15% after 3 years of experience in the same project.
- Project Associate-I: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility TestsCSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their Agencies and Institutions
- Rs. 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above
