Delhi High Court HJS Model Answer Key 2026 - Download Link

Delhi High Court HJS Model Answer Key 2026 has been released for the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Preliminary Examination held on 26 July 2026. Candidates can download the Series A, B, C, and D answer keys, estimate their scores, and submit online objections with valid justification until 31 July 2026 (5:00 PM). Visit the official Delhi High Court website to access the answer key PDF and objection portal.

Two conditions are specifically mentioned in the official notice:

  • Candidates are not permitted to select the same answer option that is already given in the Model Answer Key while raising an objection.
  • It is mandatory to provide justification or reasons in support of every objection filed.

Note: The official Model Answer Key PDF contains the correct option for each of the 150 questions across all four series. Because this is a scanned document released by the High Court, candidates should always cross-check their answers against the original PDF on the official website rather than relying on any third-party reproduction, to avoid transcription errors.

  • Proof of age (Matriculation certificate or equivalent)
  • Xth and XIIth Class mark sheets and pass certificates
  • LL.B. degree or equivalent law degree, and all semester/consolidated mark sheets
  • Advocate's licence and Bar Council enrolment certificate
  • All India Bar Examination pass certificate (if applicable)
  • Original certificate of practice period, countersigned by the Registrar General/District Judge
  • Employer certificates (for those in service or judicial service, as applicable)
  • Copies of order sheets/judgments where the candidate appeared, for the relevant periods
  • No Objection Certificate from employer (if in government/judicial service)
  • Income Tax Return acknowledgments and Assessment Orders for the years specified in the application
  • Caste certificate (for SC/ST candidates) or Disability Certificate (for PwD candidates), where applicable

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • The application form must be filled only in English; answers in the examination are also to be given in English, except where the syllabus specifies otherwise.
  • Candidates must carry the downloaded admit card and an original, valid photo ID (Voter ID, Passport, Bar Association ID, Aadhaar, or PAN) to the exam centre. A photo ID shown only on a mobile phone is not accepted.
  • Only a blue or black ball point pen may be used to darken the OMR oval; darkening more than one oval or making any change (including with an eraser or whitener) leads to 0.25 negative marks for that question.
  • The OMR sheet cannot be carried out of the exam hall after the test.
  • Candidates already in government/judicial service, a PSU, or a bank must inform their employer that they have applied, and must submit a No Objection Certificate if selected for Viva-Voce.
  • Canvassing or use of unfair means in any form will result in disqualification.
  • PwD candidates seeking scribe and/or compensatory time facilities must submit the prescribed certificate and notarised affidavit to the Joint Registrar [Examination (Judicial)] at least 3 days before the exam date. Eligible candidates get 20 minutes of compensatory time per hour of exam duration.
