Race, Long Jump & High Jump - Female Candidates

Delhi Police PE&MT Exam Pattern 2026
- Candidates first attempt the Race (1600m for men, 800m for women).
- Only candidates who qualify the Race become eligible for Long Jump and High Jump.
- Candidates get three attempts each in Long Jump and High Jump.
- No appeal against disqualification in the Race, Long Jump, or High Jump is entertained.
- The Physical Measurement Test (PMT) - height and chest measurement - is conducted only for candidates who qualify the Race, Long Jump, and High Jump.

Documents Required for Delhi Police Physical Test 2026
Candidates must carry the following documents to the exam centre, along with one self-attested photocopy set of each:
- e-Admit Card
- Ten recent passport-size colour photographs
- One valid photo identity proof
- Original educational certificates
- Caste/EWS certificate (if applicable)
- Driving licence (for applicable posts such as Constable Driver)

How to Download the Delhi Police PE&MT Admit Card
The admit card link was not active at the time of the official notice and is expected to be released on the recruitment section of delhipolice.gov.in. Once live, candidates can typically expect to log in using their registration number and date of birth, then download and print the e-admit card in colour before the test date. Delhi Police PE&MT Exam Day Instructions
- Carry original documents along with self-attested photocopies.
