Eligibility Criteria
- For both posts, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biological Science before obtaining Diploma or Degree.
- Required qualification: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Diploma in Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from any Government recognized university/institution, or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT), or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (M.Sc. in MLT/PGDMLT) from a Government recognized university/institution.
- Working knowledge of computer is essential for both Laboratory Technician and Technical Supervisor posts.
- For Laboratory Technician, desirable experience: six months’ post-qualification experience in testing of blood and/or preparation of blood components in a licensed blood bank for candidates with Degree/Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in MLT, or one year post-qualification experience for candidates with Diploma in MLT/DLT.
- For Technical Supervisor, desirable experience: one year post-qualification experience in Blood Component Separation Unit for candidates with M.Sc. in MLT/PGDMLT/BMLT/DMLT/DLT, plus specified experience in testing of blood and/or preparation of blood components as per qualification.
- Candidates must be permanent residents of West Bengal and able to read, write, and speak Bengali.

Salary/Stipend
- Technical Supervisor Blood Safety: Rs. 22,000/- per month (consolidated).

Instructions
- Applicants must be permanent residents of West Bengal and have knowledge of the local language (Bengali).
- All essential academic qualifications must be completed on or before the last date of online application.
- Marks will be calculated excluding additional subjects; proportionate marking up to two decimal points will be used, and no rounding off will be allowed.
- Experience will be counted only after obtaining the required essential qualification and must be supported by proper experience certificates mentioning post name, employer, employee name, date of joining and leaving.
- For private organization experience, the selection committee may ask for salary statement/appointment letter or other documents for verification.
- Candidates found ineligible at any stage will not be allowed to appear in subsequent stages of the selection process.
