Eligibility Criteria

• Audiologist and Speech Therapist: Bachelor’s degree in speech and Language pathology from any recognized university in India.
• Therapeutic Assistant (Female): Diploma in Nursing Therapy.
• District Quality Consultant: Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/Social Science/Life Science graduates with Masters in Hospital Administration/Public Health/Health Management (Full time or equivalent) – with 2 years experiences in Health administration. Desirable training/Experience on NABH/ISO 9001:2008/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen would be preferred. Previous work experience in the field of health quality would be an added advantage.
• Multipurpose Hospital Worker: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
• Security Guard: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
• Librarian cum Statistician: Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc/B.Com/B.Sc with degree in library and information science with computer knowledge.
• Occupational Therapist: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized University.
• Programme cum Administrative Assistant: Recognized Graduate Degree with fluency in MS Office Package with one year experience of managing office and providing support of Health Programme/National Rural Health Mission(NRHM). Knowledge of Accountancy and having drafting skills are required.
• Dental Technician: Passed 1 or 2 years course on dental technician from a recognized institution.
• Medical Officer: MBBS Degree awarded by a University or Institution recognized by the UGC for the purpose of its grants. The courses must have been approved by the Medical Council of India.
• Van Cleaner: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
• Account Assistant: B.Com graduate (or) B.A corporate / BCS with minimum experience in maintenance of Accounts. Accounts Assistant should have computer skills and also should be well versed in operating “Tally Package”.
• Hospital worker: Must be able to read and write in Tamil.
• TB Health Visitor: Graduate in science OR Intermediate (10+2) in science and experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker/ Certificate or higher course in Health Education/Counselling OR Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course. Certificate course in computer operations (minimum two months). Preferential Qualification: Training course for MPW or recognized Sanitary inspector’s course.
• Radiographer: Diploma Course in Radio diagnosis Technology (Two years) / Certificate of Radiology Assistant.
• Health Inspector Gr. II: i) 12th with Biology / Botany and Zoology ii) Must have passed the Tamil language as a subject in SSLC level iii) Must possess two years for Multi-Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector /Sanitary Inspector Course training/ offered by recognized private institution / Trust / Universities/Deemed Universities including Gandhigram Rural Institute training course certificate granted by the Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
• ANM: Multipurpose Health Worker (F) training course/Auxiliary nurse Midwifery training course awarded by DPH&PM. Certificate of registration issued by the TamilNadu Nurses and Midwives council.
• Audio Metric Assistant: Diploma in training young deaf and hearing handicapped (DTYDHH) from RCI recognized institute to look after the therapy and training of the young hearing impaired children at the District Level.
• Operation theatre technician: Certificate / Diploma Course in Theatre Technician.
• Nursing Assistant: Certificate of Nursing Assistant Course.
