Employees: Ministerial Officers who retired as Typist-cum-Assistant available at district head quarters, or retired from service on attaining superannuation and not attained 65 years of age, with computer operation knowledge/qualification.; For Outsiders: Graduate from any recognized University and passed A.P. Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting by Higher Grade, with computer operation knowledge/qualification.
