Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- Graduate for OIC, MBBS for Medical Officer
- BDS for Dental Officer, B Pharmacy for Pharmaceutical
- DMLT/Class I Lab Tech Course for Lab Tech
- Diploma holder in Dental Hyg/Class- I DH/DORA Course for Dental A/T/01
- GNM Diploma/Class- I Nursing Asst Course for Nursing Asst, Graduate/Class I Clerical trade for DLO
- 8th Class/Class-I MT Driver for Driver
- Literate for Female Attendant
- Education Class I GD trade for Room
- Education Class 8th or GD trade for Chowkidar
- Literate for Stitchwala.

Selection Process
- Interview between 10:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs on 18 Feb 2026 at Station HQ Agartala.
- Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirements may apply.
- The selected individuals will have to undergo 10 days On the Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from OIC Polyclinic before signing the contract. This duration of OJT will remain unpaid and counted as mandatory before assuming charge as a contractual employee.
General Information/Instructions
- ECHS Cell Sta HQ Agartala invites applications to engage following Medical, Para Medical & Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinic Agartala for a period of one year (01 Apr 2026 to 31 Mar 2027) for ESM and 11 months for civil candidates.

- Any application received after 14 Feb 2026 at 14:00 (hrs) will not be accepted.
- Candidate must reach at Station HQ Agartala at 09:00 (hrs) on 18 Feb 2026 for the interview to be held between 10:00 (hrs) to 14:00 (hrs). Candidates must bring all the original certificates/mark sheet/degree of 10th / Matric, 10+2 & Graduation / Post Graduation / Diploma / course, work experience and discharge book, PPO, service records and two passport size color photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible.
- Overlapping of Regular/ Taking Period and Subletting of Annual Property Return (APR) (Declaration of Assets) 10 days of handing/taking over between the key appointment (MD, DO, Lab Tech and Pharmacist) in Polyclinic will be carried out. APR in respect of Medical Officer and Dental Officer with regards to movable and immovable property will be deposited with Stn HQ Agartala before transiting the appointment. This will be applicable for both initial appointment & extension of tenure. The appointment/extension letter will be issued only after submission of the said document.
