Selection Process
Selection is through an interview at Stn HQ Kasauli, tentatively on 20 November 2026. Accepted candidates will receive final confirmation by email and/or telephone, and they must reach the venue at 9.00 am. No TA/DA is admissible.
Selected individuals must then complete 10 days of On Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from the OIC Polyclinic before signing the contract (Memorandum of Agreement). This training is unpaid and is mandatory before assuming charge.
Service Conditions
The engagement is for one year for ESM and 11 months for civilian candidates, till attaining the maximum age, subject to performance and other conditions.
A minimum of 10 days of handing and taking over will be carried out between the mentioned appointments at the Polyclinics.
