Post-wise Minimum Qualification
- OIC: Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience. Only Ex-Servicemen (ESM) can apply.
- MO (Medical Officer): MBBS with minimum 3 years of experience after internship.
- DO (Dental Officer): BDS with minimum 3 years of experience after internship.
- NA (Nursing Assistant): GNM Diploma / Class I NA (AF) with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Dental Assistant: Diploma Holder in Dental Hygiene/Class-1 DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Pharmacist: (i) B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute, OR (ii) 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board and an approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India, registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948. Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Lab Tech: (i) B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology), OR (ii) Matriculation/Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from a recognized institution/board and a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Peon: Class 8th pass or GD trade for Armed Forces personnel. Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Female Attendant: Literate with minimum 5 years of experience in civil/Army health institutions.
ECHS Selection Methodology
The evaluation process is as follows:
- Initial Screening: Shortlisting based on application form, documents, and eligibility criteria.
- Interview: Only shortlisted candidates meeting eligibility criteria will be called for a personal interview. Candidates will be informed via tele/email two days prior to the interview date.
- Venue: Station Headquarters (ECHS), Mhow. Candidates must bring all original documents at the time of interview.

Eligible candidates must submit applications in the following manner:
- Submit application in duplicate, addressed to "Station Headquarters (ECHS), Mhow".
- Attach two sets of self-attested photocopies of all applicable documents: Educational certificates (10th, 12th, Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation), Attempt Certificate, Computer course certificates, PPO, Discharge Book, ESM Identity Card, Experience Certificates, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Registration Certificate, Police Verification Certificate, and two recent passport-size photographs.
- Attach a Medical Fitness Certificate duly signed by the Medical Officer of the dependent Polyclinic (countersigned by SEMO for ESM candidates, and by CMO for others).
- Ensure the application is complete in all respects — incomplete applications will be rejected forthwith.
- Submit the application on or before June 15, 2026.
- Candidates can apply for employment at more than one polyclinic. If placed on the reserve list, they may be appointed at any polyclinic if a vacancy arises at a later stage, subject to willingness.
