Mandatory Requirements for Selected Medical Officer & Dental Officer
- Carry out 10 days On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the Polyclinic.
- Obtain certificate from OIC Polyclinic.
- OJT period is unpaid and mandatory before signing the contract and assuming charge.

- 10th class Mark Sheet / Passing Certificate.

- Service records (for ESM).
- Experience certificates.
