ESIC Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Contractual Specialist: PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty. For ICU and Accident Emergency, Post Graduate in Critical Care is mandatory. Minimum 03 years of work experience after obtaining PG Degree or minimum 05 years of work experience after obtaining PG Diploma in the concerned specialty from a Government hospital, recognized private hospital, not from a private clinic.
- Senior Resident: PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty. For ICU, PG in Critical Care is mandatory. If PG doctors are not available, MBBS doctors with 02 years of experience (out of which 01 year experience in a Govt. hospital/recognized private hospital) can be considered for a period of 01 year. Minimum 03 years of work experience after obtaining PG Degree or minimum 05 years of work experience after obtaining PG Diploma in the concerned specialty from a Government hospital, recognized private hospital, not from a private clinic.

- Senior Resident: Maximum age is 45 years.

ESIC Recruitment 2026 - Salary / Stipend
- Full-time Contractual Specialist: Rs. 1,27,141/- consolidated per month on 'No Work No Pay' basis. This consolidated salary will be revised from time to time as per the guidelines/rules of ESIC Headquarters.
- Senior Resident: Level-11 starting pay Rs. 67,700/- and other allowances as per 7th CPC on 'No Work No Pay' basis. For PG Diploma holders, Rs. 1,350/- will be deducted from the salary. For those without PG Degree or Diploma, Rs. 2,250/- will be deducted. This salary will be revised from time to time as per the guidelines/rules of ESIC Headquarters.
