Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma or equivalent in concerned specialty from a government recognized University/Institution.
- Experience: Preference is to be given to a PG qualified candidate and selection of non-PG qualified candidate may be resorted to only when PG qualified candidates are not available subject to the condition that such candidates possess at least 2 years working experience in the same discipline in which they are proposed to be engaged.
Salary / Stipend
- A consolidated remuneration per month, revised from time-to-time, in accordance to ESIC Hqrs letter no. Z-17/11/1/2007/Med. IV (Pt. File) dated 13.04.2022 & Z-11012/51/2022-Med-VI dated 08.12.2022 is admissible under the rules.
- Pay will/may be revised as per orders/instructions issued by ESIC Headquarters Office from time to time.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on date of Interview.
- Age relaxation: Age Relaxation to reserved categories will be given as per rules.

General Information / Instructions
- Reservation of PWD will be as per prevailing guidelines of Government of India for non-surgical departments.
- As per EWS guidelines posts are not carried forward / or considered as backlog vacancy in case unfilled, UR category candidate may be allowed to apply for EWS vacancy as per rules.
- Candidates seeking reservation benefits under SC/ST/OBC/EWS category must produce original certificates in the prescribed format of Govt. of India in support of their claim.
- Candidates who have completed 3 years Senior Residency from any Govt. Institute need not appear for interview. However, in case of non-availability of candidates as per the category advertised, such candidates may apply for 39 days (on contract).
- In case of non-availability of candidates for SR in the category advertised, the posts may be filled with available candidates for SR-39 days (on contract). Candidates selected for 39 days will not be entitled for transport allowance with DA on transport allowance as per rules.
- Reservation for PWD/ Other reserved categories will be executed as per instructions of ESIC Hqrs/DOPT.
- Vacancies are likely to change depending upon actual requirement at the time of interview.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC- NCL /Ex-servicemen/PWD will be given as per rules.
- Candidates seeking reservation/age relaxation benefits under SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD category must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility prescribed in the notice and as per the instructions issued by Govt. of India. They should also be in possession of the original certificates in the prescribed format of Govt. of India in support of their claim.
- The recruitments are purely on contractual basis and selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of the service in the hospital.
- No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
- Dean/Medical Superintendent reserves the right to fill up all or none of any vacancy.
- Dean/Medical Superintendent reserves the right to alter the date or even cancel the interview at a later stage.
- Private practice of any kind will not be allowed.
- Candidate should bring their own application Performa (Annexure A) {attached} and application should be submitted separately for each post.
- Mere declaration of the selection of candidate does not confer the right to the post. This is subject to scrutiny of the documents at the time of joining.
- The candidate should have to produce the proof of essential academic qualification on the day of interview failing which his/her candidature for the said post will not be considered.
- The candidate should bring one set of attested photocopies and original of testimonials
- Candidates who have completed 3 years Senior Residency from any Govt. Institute need not appear for interview.
- The candidate who is in service should submit "No Objection Certificate" from the employer at the time of interview.
- The selected candidate shall have to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque for an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) drawn in favor of "ESI Fund Account No. 1" payable at Noida towards security deposit at the time of joining.
- In case of non-appearance of eligible candidates for SR against the advertised category, the vacancy may be filled by available qualified and eligible SR candidates for 39 days.
- Part time engagement of one contractual employee in two ESIC Hospitals at the same time shall not be permissible.
- Fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances.
How to Apply
- Interested candidates may appear for the Walk in interview as per given schedule along with their original documents & a set of Xerox copies in support of their Date of Birth, Proof of Educational Qualification, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificates etc.
- Candidates reporting after 11:45 am will not be allowed to appear in the walk in interview.
