GPSC Deputy Executive Engineer & Assistant Engineer Interview Schedule 2026 has been released on 28 October 2026 by the Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) for Deputy Executive Engineer (Electrical), Assistant Engineer (Electrical) and Assistant Engineer (Civil), Class-2 posts. The commission has published a joint interview programme for the Electrical posts under Advertisement Nos. 113/2025-26 and 115/2025-26, with interviews scheduled for 3 and 4 November 2026 at 9:30 AM. A separate Phase-II detailed interview programme has also been issued for Assistant Engineer (Civil) under Advertisement No. 121/2025-26. GPSC Deputy Executive Engineer Electrical Interview Schedule 2026

GPSC has released the detailed interview programme for Deputy Executive Engineer (Electrical), Class-2, under Advertisement No. 113/2025-26 in the Sports Authority of Gujarat.

The interview is being conducted jointly with the Assistant Engineer (Electrical) recruitment under Advertisement No. 115/2025-26.

The joint interviews are scheduled for 3 and 4 November 2026 at 9:30 AM at the GPSC office in Gandhinagar.

GPSC Assistant Engineer Electrical Interview Schedule 2026

The Assistant Engineer (Electrical), Class-2 interview programme has been published under Advertisement No. 115/2025-26 for the Sports Authority of Gujarat.

GPSC has decided to conduct joint interviews for candidates eligible under the Electrical Deputy Executive Engineer and Assistant Engineer advertisements because some candidates are common to both recruitment processes.

Common candidates are required to attend one joint interview, and their interview marks will be considered for both advertisements according to the official notice.

GPSC Assistant Engineer Civil Phase-II Interview Schedule 2026

GPSC has also published the Detailed Interview Programme (Phase-II) for Assistant Engineer (Civil), Class-2, under Advertisement No. 121/2025-26 for New Municipal Corporations.

The Phase-II programme is separate from the earlier Phase-I interview schedule. Candidates included in Phase-II should download the official PDF and check their individual interview dates, roll numbers and reporting instructions.

How to Download GPSC Engineer Interview Schedule 2026?

1. Visit the official GPSC website at gpsc.gujarat.gov.in.
2. Open the News and Events section.
3. Find the interview schedule notices dated 28 October 2026.
4. Select the relevant advertisement number: 113/2025-26, 115/2025-26 or 121/2025-26.
5. Open the detailed interview programme PDF.
6. Search for your roll number in the relevant advertisement column.
7. Check your interview date, reporting time and venue.
8. Download and save the official programme for reference.

GPSC Engineer Interview 2026 - Venue and Documents

The joint interview for the Electrical posts will be conducted at the Gujarat Public Service Commission office, Gandhinagar.

The official joint interview notice directs candidates to report at 9:30 AM with the required application forms and supporting certificates.

Candidates eligible under both Advertisement Nos. 113/2025-26 and 115/2025-26 must carry copies of their online-confirmed application forms and relevant documents for both advertisements.

Candidates appearing under only one advertisement should carry the online-confirmed application form and relevant certificates applicable to that advertisement.

For Assistant Engineer (Civil) Phase-II, candidates should follow the venue and document instructions in their separate programme.

GPSC Electrical Engineer Joint Interview 2026 - Important Instructions

GPSC has specified that candidates common to the Deputy Executive Engineer (Electrical) and Assistant Engineer (Electrical) recruitment processes will attend one joint interview.

The marks obtained in this joint interview will be considered for both advertisements where the candidate is eligible for both. For candidates eligible under only one advertisement, the marks will apply to that advertisement.

The commission has also indicated that a separate in-person opt-out process will be conducted after the joint interview stage. Detailed instructions and a provisional list of candidates for that process will be published separately before the final recruitment results.

What Happens After GPSC Engineer Interview 2026?

Following the interview process, GPSC will carry out subsequent recruitment procedures according to the relevant advertisement and selection rules.

For the joint Electrical recruitment, the commission has stated that a provisional list for the opt-out process will be published after the interviews. Candidates concerned will receive further instructions regarding their participation in that process.

After completing the prescribed procedures, GPSC will publish the final results separately for the applicable recruitment advertisements.
