GSSSB Fireman Cum Driver Document Verification Schedule 2026

GSSSB has divided the 254 shortlisted candidates into four batches across two days based on their serial number in Annexure-B, so that verification proceeds in an organized manner without overcrowding.

Who Is Eligible for GSSSB Fireman Cum Driver Document Verification?

7. HSC or equivalent qualification mark sheet/certificate, along with the ITI Fireman 6-month course certificate (or government-recognized Fireman course / Driver-cum-Pump Operator course certificate with all semester mark sheets), and a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving licence
8. Computer knowledge certificate
9. For sports category candidates: a certificate from a competent authority confirming representation at the prescribed level (national/international, inter-university, or All India School Games Federation events), as per the prescribed formats
10. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer, for candidates already in government service
11. Photo ID proof bearing the candidate's address
12. Two recent passport-size photographs

Minimum Physical Standards for GSSSB Fireman Cum Driver Post

Since this is a physically demanding role, GSSSB has prescribed minimum height, chest, and weight standards for both male and female candidates, which must be verified through a medical examination.
