HAL Lucknow Visiting Consultant 2026 Vacancy Details

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (Accessories Division, Lucknow) needs to engage three (03) Visiting Consultants (Specialist Doctors) for HAL Hospital at Accessories Division, Lucknow on part-time basis. The post-wise details are as follows:

Eligibility Criteria for HAL Lucknow Visiting Consultant 2026

1. Educational Qualification

• Visiting Consultant (Paediatrician): MBBS with M.D. Paediatrics / D.C.H. from any recognized institute.
• Visiting Consultant (Ophthalmologist): MBBS with M.S./M.D. Ophthalmology or D.O.M.S. from any recognized institute.
• Visiting Consultant (ENT): MBBS with M.S. ENT / D.L.O. from any recognized institute.
• Post-qualification experience should be in the relevant stream for all posts.

2. Age Limit

• Upper Age Limit: 65 years as on 17/02/2026.
• Lower age limit is not specified; candidates must be medically and professionally fit as per HAL’s requirements.

3. Other Conditions

• Engagement is purely on part-time, temporary basis and will not confer any right to claim the status of a regular employee of the company.
• Visiting Consultants will be covered under applicable taxes (Income Tax, GST, Professional Tax etc.), which will be deducted from remuneration.

Selection Process for HAL Lucknow Visiting Consultant 2026

The selection process for Visiting Consultant posts will be as follows:

• Scrutiny of applications received in prescribed format with required testimonials.
• Shortlisting of suitable candidates from the applicants.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview conducted by a duly constituted Selection Committee.
• The Visiting Consultant (Specialist Doctor) will report to a designated regular doctor in the hospital of the Division.

Instructions for HAL Lucknow Visiting Consultant 2026

• The initial engagement for Visiting Consultant posts will be for a period of two years.
• The number of days of visit would be maximum 2 days per week as per requirement.
• Visiting Consultants will not be entitled to any allowances or benefits other than remuneration and conveyance indicated.
• They must abide by company rules and regulations governing their engagement and maintain security, confidentiality and secrecy of official information.
• The engagement will automatically terminate on completion of the prescribed tenure; it can be terminated earlier with one month’s notice in writing by either side or payment of consolidated remuneration equivalent to 5 visits in lieu of notice.

Salary/Stipend for HAL Lucknow Visiting Consultant 2026

• Post: Visiting Consultant (Paediatrician/Ophthalmologist/ENT).
• Remuneration per visit: Rs. 3,500.
• Conveyance per visit: Rs. 250.
• No. of visits per week: 2 (maximum 2 days per week as per requirement).
• Negotiation: For 3 or 4 hours per visit, remuneration of Rs. 3,500 per visit is negotiable at the time of interview.
