Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification (varies by post):
- Assistant Professor (BBA): Master's degree with 55% marks in relevant subject + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC norms (or foreign Ph.D. from top 500 ranked university).
- Internal Auditor: CA/CMA(Inter) with 3 years experience OR M.Com/MBA(Finance) with 10 years experience.
- Assistant Internal Auditor: B.Com/M.Com/MBA(Finance) with 5 years experience in accounting/auditing.
- Technical Assistant (Admin): M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science/Electronics/M.Sc. Computer Science/MCA with at least 50% marks.
- Statistical Analyst: Master's degree in Statistics/Applied Statistics/Mathematics/Quality & Productivity Management/Operation Research with 55% marks.
- Training Officer for D.H.S.I.: Any Graduate with Certificate/Diploma/PG Diploma in Health and Sanitary Inspector OR relevant diploma with 5 years experience.
- Store Keeper: Bachelor's degree + 2 years relevant experience in Government/Public Sector/Autonomous Bodies.
- Lab Assistant (Chemistry): Bachelor Degree in relevant/allied subject (Post Graduate preferred).
- Desirable (where mentioned): Experience in Education/Government/University sector, Knowledge of Computer/Tally/ERP/Statistical Software, Industrial experience in data analysis etc.
Salary/ Stipend
- Fixed monthly remuneration as per post: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 45,000/-.

- Appointments are purely contractual for 11 months (extendable up to 3 years with gap as per HNGU Contractual Employees Policy-2025).

- Official language is Gujarati; selected candidates with other mother tongue must gain proficiency.
