Venue for DV Schedule
DV Schedule for all four posts will be conducted in the premises of the HP Rajya Chayan Aayog, Hamirpur.
Documents Required for HPRCA DV Schedule
As per the official press notes, shortlisted candidates must carry the following on the day of DV Schedule:
- All original eligibility-related documents
- 02 (two) sets of self-attested copies of all documents
- One valid ID proof
- A copy of the downloaded Application Form
Important Instructions for Candidates
- If a candidate fails to appear on the scheduled day for document verification, he/she will not be considered for the further selection process, and no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
- The detailed schedule for document verification (such as specific time slots or roll-number-wise batches) will be uploaded on the official website of HPRCA in due course.
- Candidates will also be intimated through their respective registered email IDs, as made available/provided to HPRCA.
- No separate call letter will be sent by post for document verification.
- HPRCA has reserved the right to rectify any inadvertent or technical error in the shortlisting/result at a later stage.
