How to Submit a Representation

Candidates whose names appear in any of the four provisional rejection lists and who wish to contest their rejection must follow the steps below:

1. Check the official notification and your registered email for the specific reason for your provisional rejection.
2. Prepare a written representation clearly addressing the stated reason for rejection.
3. Attach documentary proof supporting your representation. A representation submitted without supporting documents will not be considered.
4. For the Accounts Officer post, send the representation to the email ID [email protected] on or before 16.09.2026, 4:00 PM.
5. For the HARTRON posts (Senior System Analyst, Programmer, Assistant General Manager - Administration), submit the representation along with documentary proof on or before 15.09.2026.
