Responsibilities of Young Professionals-II 

  • Provide legal advice on administrative issues, court matters, disciplinary cases, etc., for ICMR Hqrs and Institutes.
  • Attend court hearings and arbitrations at Delhi and, if required, at other cities.
  • Draft and vet counter replies, speaking orders, MoUs, agreements, tender documents, and other legal instruments.
  • Monitor and follow up on specific legal issues entrusted to them.
  • Analyze legal issues and recommend appropriate course of action.
  • Perform any other legal duties assigned by ICMR authority.
