Candidate must possess a PhD in Management, preferably in HRM or Psychology, or a relevant field, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise.
Candidate must have an excellent academic record with First Class performance throughout, including Postgraduation in Management, Psychology, or relevant subjects from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant research experience post-PhD.
Waiver on the experience requirement can be granted to individuals with a PhD from top-tier institutions who have demonstrated experience in publishing high-quality research papers using quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies.
Candidate must have at least one research publication in a peer-reviewed ABDC-listed journal, reflecting the ability to conduct independent research and contribute to scholarly knowledge.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in primary/field data collection and analysis, and in publishing research papers.
Candidates should have expertise in qualitative research methodologies, a good understanding of quantitative research, and proficiency in SPSS.
Knowledge of software such as NVivo and AI tools will be an added advantage.
Salary / Stipend
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship ranging from Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/-.
HRA will be paid as per applicable norms in addition to the consolidated fellowship.
